Localización


Medellín es la capital del departamento de Antioquia y la segunda ciudad más importante de Colombia. Se encuentra ubicada en el noroeste de la geografía nacional a 1.475 metros (4.839 pies) sobre el nivel del mar. Es un punto intermedio entre el centro del país y las regiones del Pacífico y el Caribe, posición privilegiada para desarrollar programas de inversión económica con propósitos de exportación.

Location


Medellin is the capital of the department of Antioquia and the second most important city in Colombia. It is located in the northwest of the national territory at 1,475 meters (4,839 feet) above sea level. It is an intermediate point between the center of the country and the Caribbean and Pacific regions, a privileged position for the development of economic investment projects aimed at exportation.
